Martin de Knijff - WPT poker championship winner 2004

| This 32-year-old Sweden native and avid golfer has hit the professional poker world by storm. He began playing five-card draw at the age of 15 then moved on to playing bridge. At the age of 21, he became the youngest Bridge Life Master in Sweden and earned money playing the game. While playing bridge, de Knijff also began playing hold’em. So far in his poker career, he has two top fifteen finishes in the World Championships. In 2004, de Knijff won the WPT Championship and took home $2,728,356 in winnings.
